“ Previously I wrote a review for the KFC at 4924 Boulder Highway, my grandmother and I went back and I spoke with the manager of the terrible service we had received that day, Dyllan is a fantastic manager, he apologized, showed empathy, acknowledged the mistake, mentioned retraining will be carried out, he replaced our order and even gave my grandmother a free drink, a huge turn around from our last experience, he provided a service that for someone like me, will carry on for a while, i truly believe he can turn that restaurant around and bring it back into the golden age of KFC, the chicken was fantastic this time around, everyone enjoyed it, it was like night and day, high praise to this expert manager, Dyllan, if you read this you deserve that management position and others should aspire to be like you, a professional and perfect example of what a manager should be. ”

“ I was a little hesitant to pick up food here after reading the reviews. However, I had a hankering and a coupon so I stopped in after work for the 6 piece meal for 2 at 930pm on a Saturday night. There was no one in the drive thru and no one in the dining area and I honestly thought. Oh man, the food is going to be sitting and old. I went inside and the tables, walls, everything was white glove clean. There were a few people working and Carmen gave me a warm hello and friendly chitchat. I waited about 5 minutes and took my food home. I first checked the biscuits since I knew they would be rock hard. To my pleasure, they were the SOFTEST and freshest I have ever gotten from any KFC! The mashed potatoes and coleslaw were regular KFC taste. All fresh and tasty! The chicken was piping hot and cooked great with all the seasonings. I must admit, I do prefer chicken at Jollibees and Popeyes. However, this was really perfect KFC food. For being pretty dead, and preparing to close in an hour, the staff made sure all the food I ordered was, well, finger lickin good! ”
